Speaker Training
The objective is to ensure the speaker is prepared, confident, dynamic and gives an informative and memorable presentation.
I will focus on the individual’s ‘style’ of presentation, evaluate the structure and content of the script and work on the areas of weakness.
The training day can also act as a rehearsal for the main event. This is extremely beneficial when enormous stress is placed on a speaker whose success is measured by the quality of their performance. The old cliché, “failing to prepare is preparing to fail”, is very true.
To get the best out of the training day, it is advised that a maximum of 8 people attend a full-day course. (9:30 a.m. to 12:30 and 13:30 to 16:30.) Numbers are kept small so that speakers can benefit from their dedicated time.
For time restricted clients, or for those who prefer a one-to-one coaching session, a tailored training programme can be set up in their offices to work around their busy schedules.
Teleprompting Services
Using teleprompting software takes away the enormous stress of having to MEMORISE the script and to REMEMBER it in front of a LIVE audience.

Because no matter how WELL a speaker knows their speech FEAR can kick in, causing them to FORGET important key points.

If their words are supported by slides operated by someone else from behind the scenes, then there’s the danger of the WRONG slides appearing on screen, leaving the speaker feeling deeply disappointed that they did NOT deliver a flawless message.

The teleprompting system ensures that the speaker doesn’t STRAY from the script, which is beneficial if timing is crucial.
I will format the script to ensure that it is very EASY to deliver and structure it to also take BREATHING into consideration. (Breathing is often taken for granted, until a speaker is standing in front of a LIVE audience.)

From an AUDIENCE’s point of view, a speaker with their head down reading from notes will APPEAR to have no eye contact
with them. But by using the teleprompting system the speaker appears more ENGAGED, is less likely to make mistakes and has the additional feeling of security.
